TrueNYC - Where Ideas and Entrepreneurs Meet
Why We Started TrueNYC
• The simple fact is that nothing like this exists! While there are many books, magazines, and websites tailored to starting a business, there is nothing that focuses on guidance from NYC entrepreneurs.
• The feature of watching interviews makes learning more enjoyable then just reading another article on the topic.
Our Goal
• TrueNYC targets those individuals who would like to start a business in New York City, but need some guidance.

• In addition, individuals who have already started their own business can learn from listening to other successful entrepreneurs.

• The hope is that you can use this advice on your road to success.

MeridithMeredith Ganzman - Host/ Senior Editor

Meredith is a double broadcast journalist and history major at New York University. A New Jersey Native, she grew up known for her incessant talking and lover for television shows such as "Live with Regis and Kathy Lee" and "Full House".

At 11 she began performing in community theater. Meredith immediately caught the acting bug through musicals including Bye Bye Birdie, Peter Pan, and Annie Get Your Gun.

However, as a junior in high school Meredith found her real niche. She launched the first student produced programming for the community cable access channel, anchoring a nightly news broadcast. She next introduced a talk show to the network for which she was a host and executive producer.

The host of TrueNYC, Meredith shares many entrepreneurial traits including dreaming big and always being a "go getter." She is happiest when she is working to make it all happen.

Meredith also works at CBS News in the mobile news department. She is an avid theater patron, shopaholic, and world traveler, most recently visiting Japan.
