Online Education Company is seeking a bright, energetic new team member. Lawline.com, a national provider of Internet based continuing legal education, is looking to fill a Client Relationship Manager position. The position is perfect for a recent college graduate looking to work for a fun, fast-growing company in New York City.
Lawline.com was started in 1999, and has recently expanded to provide education in 35 states across the country. It has grown from a local Manhattan Television show called LAWLINE. We value people with creativity, drive, and innovation. Applicants must work well in a team-based, entrepreneurial environment and love helping and communicating with people.
This new position will be located in our new 2000 sq. foot loft. The new office is located in the South Street Seaport area, one of the hottest areas of New York City.
The “Client Relationship Manager” will be responsible for the following:
- Online product development & strategic planning.
- Working directly with online marketing coordinator.
- Analyzing large database of customers to increase both revenue & customer satisfaction.
- Liaise between Lawline.com, state bar associations, & various law firms.
- Supporting customer inquiries via phone & email.
Requirements:
-College degree or higher
-2 years of experience in business setting (may be satisfied by internships)
-Excellent computer skills
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Excellent communication skills, customer service experience preferred
